Nature Days 2008 - July 13 to 15, 2008

The 6th annual Nature Days program kicked off on Sunday evening, July 13, with an opening address at the Fishers Island Club by Karl Khevenhuller, founder & CEO of Luz de Viento, S.L., a leading developer of renewable energy, who discussed how governments in Europe have supported the development of renewable energy. Other events included an address on Monday evening by Pete du Pont, former Governor of Delaware, followed by the screening of Leonardo DiCaprio's "The llth Hour" at the FI Theatre.
